With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Mr. P. S. Subramaniam, aged 93, who departed this world peacefully on December 1, 2025, at his residence in Ulsoor, Bangalore. A cherished father, beloved friend, and esteemed member of the community, he leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and accomplishment.

Mr. P.S. Subramaniam lived a fulfilling and purpose-driven life. As the founder of Mahalakshmi Engineering Works – HMT Industrial Estate, he was widely respected for his dedication, leadership, and exceptional work ethic. Beyond his professional achievements, he was also a writer, philanthropist, and passionate pigeon fancier, each role reflecting his multifaceted personality.

Deeply committed to community service, Mr. Subramaniam touched many lives through his generosity, kindness, and willingness to uplift others. His efforts embodied a lifelong mission to serve and inspire. He was the true pillar of our family, surrounded by three generations of love as he passed away peacefully.

He is survived by his 4 children, 8 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, all of whom remain a testament to the values he instilled.

A memorial and funeral service to honor his remarkable life will be held on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025, at 11 AM, at his Ulsoor residence. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance and celebrate the life of an extraordinary man.

Mr. P. S. Subramaniam’s wisdom, warmth, and unwavering spirit will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. His legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
